Road trip

Our last trip to Brisbane was a driving one and what a good little traveller Master Jude was. Jude and I left Rocky at 4am and arrived in Brisbane just after lunch without any grumpiness. We stopped for the first time just south of Childers to have breakfast and a bit of a stretch. I don't know if I will be rushing to do the drive again, however, it was great to have my car in Brisbane as it was a bit of a work/jobs trip and we got lots done!

We were lucky enough to have daddy fly down for the night (squeezing in spot of theater at The Lyric) and head back the following day. But, before we did.., we had to see one very new, and extremely cute little baby boy, Aksel. He is soooooooo gorgeous, and Michelle and Simon are so amazing. If only Dale and I were that relaxed and under control when Jude was born!

Then, it was off home to Rocky again. This trip wasn't as easy as Nudie decided he only needed two 30min naps over the 8 hour drive but all in all, we still think he was a fabulous boy! We had a few stops on the way home just taking our time, one of which was a park at Apple Tree Creek.... Jude's first swing!
